Troy Ostapiw is a certified Kettlebell Instructor , MMA Conditioning coach. and certified personal trainer.

He has worked as a Fitness & Self-defense trainer at the Saskatchewan Police College at the U of Regina, as well as Mount Royal College in Calgary Alberta, and S.I.A.S.T. in Regina Sask.

He has Instructed Kettlebell to Police Officers, Military personnel, amature athletes as well as every day men and women looking to get into the best shape of their life.
